Return & Exchange Policy

At Juxtaposed Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges and store credit under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date or delivery date.

If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair

  • In the original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All sale or clearance items

  • Jewelry

  • Furniture

  • Intimates (bras, bralettes, bodysuits, etc.)

  • Beauty and self-care items

  • Seasonal/holiday items

  • Gift cards

4. Refunds

We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit via gift card or online credit.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to assist with an exchange based on availability.

If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

6. Online Orders – Returns by Mail

To return an online order, please contact us at info@juxtaposedabq.com to request approval and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days when accompanied by the original receipt.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.

9. Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
